Our deck chairs have been rescued from retired ocean vessels. Our all-natural, herbal soaps from Sacred Mark are handmade by former red-light district workers who have made a clean break from their previous lifestyle. Our fresh juices are made with ingredients grown on Mermaid land.

Our Resort is located right along a secluded portion of Cox's Bazar beach. You can have your feet in the sand within a minute of leaving your room.

We serve arguably the best seafood in Cox's Bazar. We absolutely recommend our spiced pomfret and our calamari rings. Wash them down with fresh, organic juices. Enjoy food from all over the world at "The Club Mermaid" serving French, Moroccan, Vietnamese and more.

Activities at Mermaid Beach Resort

  • Morning beach walks along a sandbar to a small secluded island.
  • Take a leisurely walk for about a mile down the beach to the Mermaid Eco Resort, sister to the Mermaid Beach Resort.
  • Meals in our peaceful, partially open-air restaurant, which faces west onto the beach so you can watch dramatic sunsets with a coconut in your hand. The restaurant is a great place to relax in the evenings, and we have a good music system, so bring your iPod!
